I understand that all content, coaching, courses, workshops, livestreams, community discussions, downloads, and educational materials provided by Recording Studio Rockstars are for educational and informational purposes only.
I understand that Recording Studio Rockstars does not provide legal, financial, accounting, medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or other licensed professional services.
No Guarantees
I understand that Recording Studio Rockstars does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:
- Writing better songs
- Completing recordings
- Improving mixes
- Releasing music
- Growing a recording studio business
- Obtaining clients
- Increasing income
- Career advancement
- Audience growth
- Commercial success
I understand that my results depend on many factors including my effort, experience, skills, equipment, resources, consistency, and implementation.
Personal Responsibility
I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my own decisions, actions, implementation, and results.
I accept full responsibility for any choices I make based upon information, recommendations, opinions, strategies, techniques, or educational content provided through Recording Studio Rockstars.
Community Participation
I understand that participation in the Home Studio Rockstars Community is voluntary.
I agree to conduct myself respectfully toward other members and understand that Recording Studio Rockstars reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access for behavior deemed disruptive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.
Confidentiality
Recording Studio Rockstars will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of private coaching conversations, support communications, and member information.
However, I understand that participation in community discussions, livestreams, group coaching sessions, forums, chats, feedback sessions, and similar activities may involve sharing information with other members.
I accept responsibility for any information I choose to share publicly within the community.
Technology Disclaimer
I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and that interruptions, outages, technical failures, software issues, internet disruptions, and third-party service provider failures may occur.
I accept these risks when using websites, livestreams, community platforms, video conferencing software, email, text messaging, mobile applications, payment processors, and related technologies.
Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge Recording Studio Rockstars, Home Studio Rockstars, Lij Shaw, and any affiliated employees, contractors, representatives, successors, assigns, agents, and partners from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, actions, causes of action, costs, or expenses arising from my participation in any coaching, training, course, membership, workshop, livestream, event, community, or educational program.
I acknowledge that I participate voluntarily and accept full responsibility for my own actions and outcomes.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Upon canceling a Home Studio Rockstars Community membership, access to the community, livestreams, member benefits, and related content may be removed immediately or at the end of the current billing period, depending upon the membership platform and subscription settings in effect at the time of cancellation.

Refund Policy
Recording Studio Rockstars maintains a separate Refund Policy that governs refunds, cancellations, recurring payments, guarantees, and related matters.
By purchasing any product or service, I agree to the Refund Policy currently published on the website.
